Practice/Teaching Space

Please note:

2026 Daytime/ Evening adjudicators cannot book this facility
Places are sold on a first come first served basis
Spectators are not permitted
The maximum rental period per day is THREE HOURS
This is private practice and lessons only and NO CAMPS will be allowed

Practice/Teaching Space Bookings

For Shared Hire

Each booking is for either:

One teacher with one couple or one solo student
One couple
One solo dancer

For Exclusive Hire

Each booking is for:

One person to use the space for themselves or for their team up to a maximum of 25 people
Reselling of the space is not permitted

Access

The practice space is located in the Circle area of the Conference and Exhibition Centre. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. You must bring your email confirmation as your ticket to enter.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability

Blackpool Dance Festival will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property belonging to the Hirer or any property brought or left upon Blackpool Dance Festival’s premises.

General

The Hirer and any parties brought into the Winter Gardens are expected to behave in a responsible manner, with due regard to the regulations of the Winter Gardens (including those relating to statutory fire and safety requirements) and any reasonable instructions of Blackpool Dance Festival/Winter Gardens. Any breach in respect of the Hirer’s obligations may result in termination of the booking.

Damage

All rooms must be left in the condition they were found. Hirers will be subject to the full cost of mending any damage or excessive wear and tear to Blackpool Dance Festival. Hirer will be subject to pay the full cost of any extra cleaning required.
